Things are looking up. My son is home safe from the hospital and doing better. We’re very grateful for all of your well wishes. I’m continuing to recover from the Bell’s Palsy. Scares That Care AuthorCon was a huge success (more on that below). And the kittens continue to grow and get into everything. Dallas now plays fetch as self-assuredly as any dog, chasing after water bottle caps and carrying them back to me and dropping them at my feet so I can throw them again. At night, he jockeys with his big brother Spike for a position on my lap.
Wonderful stuff as usual. So glad AuthorCon went so well. It sounds like it was a great time filled with good memories and fun times. Those get more precious as time passes all of us by.
I had an excellent time at Authorcon and have gained a family from my first STC experience. My social anxiety kept me quiet Friday but by Friday night things were so much better because the people are amazing. It was great to finally meet you!

Glad to hear you are on the mend and everyone is home safe. By the next Author Con I will have four books published so I intend on being there.
