Ghoul is still one of my favorite BK books, and the epilogue still makes me sad and stands as a great example of real-life horror. Loved the travelogue through the actual cemetery and the Sundance collage. When the caption “One last night at the villa” came up I predicted bourbon. I saw the bottle of Maker’s Mark and all was right with the world. 🙂 I can’t believe that was eleven years ago. Write and rock on Brian!
Yeah, it's heartbreaking. Dave lived for so long expecting to die from his health, but he kept beating the odds and beating the odds. To die in a car accident and to not have it be his fault... it's frustrating and infuriating.
I don't know if you will get this, but I won the short story auction. This is going to be a surprise Christmas present for my husband. We share an email account so I'm hoping before you send anything this gets to you 1st. Please use sphillips@yvcc.edu to discuss the short story. I am beyond thrilled to do this for my husband, plus I am an avid and passionate supporter of reproductive rights. Win-win!!
Thanks for posting the link to the short film based on your Christmas story! I was unaware of it and quite enjoyed it!
You're welcome. Here's some more short films based on my stuff, if you're so inclined: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6z7Iro4y4I_oqQhnAMNRoyManltTZhmf
WOW! I am going to be spending a lot of time on You Tube.
Thank You!!

<3 Thanks, Shad.
If only I were close enough to adopt those kitties!
And thanks for the update on Dave and Necro. What a tragedy.
