I had 5 boys in the car. All of them 15-17 years old. Toto's Africa came on. Alex, who is an old soul said "this is life changing Mrs Greenwood. These are the moments we'll look back on as the good times. Turn it up!". All 6 of us sang at the top of our lungs! I cried happy tears that my Kiddo has these wonderful people.
Schedules and routine are so important for creative professionals. Even with small children and sometimes crippling ADHD, I at least try to keep a schedule of a few writing sprints throughout the day. I'm always intrigued to see how other writers go about their days.
