I'm glad the cats are doing well, Brian. Did you get that lump on the head checked out? Please take care of yourself.

Please take care of yourself, sir. “Eaten by cats he rescued” is not the way a legend should go out. Your workload is immensely impressive but we’re looking at the long game here, and a few decades more of books and observations and cats and family is preferable, I believe.

I can relate Brian. Passing out sucks and there's you can do about it, you're helpless to prevent. It's happened to me almost in my car, in front of a medical team, etc. Anxiety sucks.

Take care,

Troy

Brian, i'm so very sorry to hear of your panic attacks. That sounds awful, esp. your recent fall in your hallway. Stress can do terrible things to a body. Take care of yourself....take on less if you have to...you can't help anyone else if you're not in a good place. Thanks as always for the updates on the cats and your upcoming wedding. And I look forward to hearing stories from the shelter in the new year BUT only if volunteering there isn't going to add more stress to your life. Good luck with catching up on your backlog!

Ironically, I didn't get to read this Sunday morning because I woke up and had a minor panic attack. Stress sucks. And it is hard for me to say no to projects or added responsibilities too, I hear that. We all need to take care of ourselves though. Hope your week has gotten better.
